Advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend and hold VTO and its Employees, Officers, Shareholders, Directors, Agents, Attorneys, Advertisers and Publishers harmless from any liability, loss, claim or expense related to your use of this Website, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees.
Non-Transferable
Publisher may not transfer the right to use this Website to any other party. Publisher is responsible for any and all damages, claims, fees and losses resulting from the transfer of information, materials or passwords associated with this Website.
Limitation of Liability
Any information, claims, advice, software, content, data or other materials provided by this Website, VTO, Publishers, Advertisers or any other related party is available "as-is" and without warranties. No Publisher shall express or imply any warranty pertaining to this Website without the express, written Agreement of a primary shareholder of VTO.

Conclusion
By the use of this Website, the Advertiser agrees to treat this Agreement as having been executed and performed in the State of New Jersey. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hudson County, New Jersey. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
